Ethnomusic aspects of the ethnoeducational thinking of the future teachers of music within Ukrainian mentality context

The article reveals specific features of the ethno-pedagogical thinking of future music teachers in the light of educational tasks regarding the training of professional teachers as conscious representatives and creators of Ukrainian national culture. The author substantiates the parity of peasant and Cossack types of mentality on the basis of the parity of Ukrainian educational ideals, defines the characteristic features of ethnopedagogical thinking in the context of the content of Ukrainian ethnomusical pedagogy, its principles, methods and means, specifies Ukrainian ethnomusical pedagogy as a science that studies the experience of the Ukrainian people in the field of musical and aesthetic education, and also reveals its specificity and characteristic features. The article reveals the mental aspects of the specific features of the future music teacher on the basis of learning and understanding the means of Ukrainian ethnomusical pedagogy as a basis for the perspective development of national music education, the theory and practice of music-pedagogical education, as well as for the development of innovative pedagogical tools for setting and solving problematic situations of musical education of the younger generation based on ethnomusical methods and tools.
