Effectiveness of Electoral Campaigns: Factors, Conditions, Technologies

The use of the latest technologies during elections causes heated discussions among scientists, politicians and the public, therefore the formation of the political system of society largely depends on the system of elections to political authorities. Problems of conducting credible elections, such as are not characterized by false and manipulated voter lists, underage voting, voter identification problems, bias of election management bodies, manipulation of results, use of state security force, electoral violence, ethnic and religious campaigns that discredit a group or individual, lack of fairness and an uneven playing field for participants.
Purpose: to work out the components of the conceptual apparatus of the "successful election campaign" system, which was achieved through the following tasks: to study world and domestic scientific opinion on the topic; describe the concepts of "efficiency of the factor", "efficiency of conditions", "efficiency of technology" in the context of the political race; provide recommendations on the qualitative application of the specified concepts in practice.
The article analyzes various vectors of political opinion regarding the effectiveness of the pre-election race. The article outlines three basic categories that affect the effectiveness of election campaigns and provides practical recommendations for the qualitative application of the concepts of "factor effectiveness", "condition effectiveness", "technology effectiveness" in the conditions of the election campaign and with the aim of its successful completion and effectiveness. The prospect of further research in the study of other, additional factors that contribute to the effectiveness of the election campaign will be in the next paper.
