ON THE PROBLEM OF STATE REGULATION OF THE ECONOMY AND MANAGEMENT OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC PROCESSES AT THE WORLD LEVEL

It was analyzed the most relevant, ambiguous and insufficiently considered in political science the aspects and problems of state regulation of economic development and management of economic processes at the global level. It was used the methods such as complex, synergetic and analytical at the theoretical level of the article as well as an institutional approach to the consideration of modern dimensions of economic and political development and economic processes and structural-functional analysis, the issues of evolution and development of foreign economic activity of states in the field of economy are outlined and the political specifics and peculiarities of functioning of the world economic market are characterized. It is emphasized that the analysis of foreign policy processes can not be carried out without such social phenomena as «world market», «international economic relations», «international trade» etc. as well as without taking into account the peculiarities of economic development at both national and global levels. The specifics of state management of the economy in line with the economic policy of Ukraine nowadays, the features of European integration and world economic processes inherent in modern Ukraine are outlined and characterized. The conclusion is substantiated that the development of the national economy in Ukraine should be carried out more consistently, in close cooperation with other countries and, first of all, the countries of the EU. It is emphasized that the state management of Ukraine economy should be scientific, innovate, taking into account both its own national and world experience in this field.
