Rating indicators system of evaluation teacher's activities in modern universities

Abstract

In the article was analyzed the indicators of evaluation of teacher’s professional activities, including research, academic and commercial activities that are critical in the ranking of the university and enhance its competitiveness. Also was described established in Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University open information and educational electronic environment and impact of its e-resources and e-systems for quality educational activities by European standards. All quality indicators are related to the assessment of the activities of the teacher. The paper presents corporate standards of ICT competences of the teacher, measurement tools and an open rate of formation – e-portfolio. In the developed system e-portfolio display complete picture of the teacher with certain quantitative and qualitative performance indicators and their impact on the assessment of university in the world and national rankings. Through statistical reporting e-portfolio system has to form the rating table of professional evaluation of each teacher, department, research laboratory, department and institution to objectively analyze the quality of staffing and management decisions.
