Review Policy

Review Policy The journal "Scientific Journal of the Dragomanov Ukrainian State University Series 2 Computer-Oriented Learning Systems" conducts expert peer review based on the principle of "blind" review (evaluation of the manuscript by two reviewers without disclosing the author's name and the identity of the other expert). All articles submitted to the editorial board undergo the review process. The review is oriented towards an objective assessment of the scientific article's content, its relevance to current scientific problems, and compliance with the journal's requirements.

Articles are usually reviewed by two independent academic experts, in accordance with the journal's goals and mission. Additional reviews from experts in the scientific community may also be requested.

Interaction between reviewers and authors occurs through the editorial office.

Manuscripts sent to reviewers are the intellectual property of the authors, so the review process is conducted on a confidential basis, meaning that information about the submission (conditions, content, review stages, reviewers' comments, and final decision regarding publication) is not disclosed to anyone except the authors and reviewers.
