Open Access And Archiving Policy

The journal "Scientific Journal of the Dragomanov Ukrainian State University Series 2 Computer-Oriented Learning Systems" is free for both authors and readers. Each submitted article will not incur any submission fees or "article processing charges". This includes peer review, editing, publishing, support and archiving, as well as providing immediate access to full text of published articles.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content (gold open access) based on the principle of free dissemination of scientific information and global knowledge exchange for overall social progress, using Creativ Commons BY 4.0 Deed | Attribution 4.0 International.

Authors have the right to deposit their original version (preprint) or final version in institutional and/or centrally organized repositories and can make it publicly available immediately after publication. The editorial board of the  journal "Scientific Journal of the Dragomanov Ukrainian State University Series 2 Computer-Oriented Learning Systems" recommends that authors deposit the final version instead of the preprint. This ensures that the final version will be easily accessible to those who access the article from such repositories and means that it is more likely to be cited correctly (if the correct citation data is provided).

Archiving policy

It has been ensured under the digital archiving policy of “Scientific Journal of the Dragomanov Ukrainian State University Series 2 Computer-Oriented Learning Systems” that despite any accidental loss of data, the published journal content remains available to the academic community through the Scientific periodicals of Ukraine Catalogs - NBUV National Library of Ukraine named after V. I. Vernadsky.
