The article considers the problem of preparing future choreography teachers for professional choreographic activities and for the formation of their artistic and creative experience as a holistic, complex, continuous and phased process. A structural and functional model of the phased formation of the artistic and creative experience of future choreography teachers in the process of professional training has been developed, and its mutually coordinated components have been described. The structure of the formation of the artistic and creative experience of future choreography teachers is also substantiated as a set of interrelated components: motivational, emotional, cognitive and reflective, which complement the theory of artistic and pedagogical education
