The journal follows an Open Access policy. All articles are published permanently and free of charge immediately after the issue is released.

Full-text access in real time to the journal’s scientific articles is available on the official website in the “Archives” section.

The journal operates under the Creative Commons Attribution International (CC BY 4.0) license.

This license permits any user to:

• read, download, copy, distribute, and print articles;
• cite or reference the full text of the article;
• use the materials in their own research, educational, or commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution to the original work is given.

Authors retain full copyright over their articles and have the right to:
