Abstract

The article discusses scientific approaches to the formulation of requirements and basic characteristics of cloud-based learning environment. Outlined a number of characteristics that are allocated to the cloud-based learning environment for Bachelor of Informatics. These characteristics include: accessibility and mobility, openness, integrity and continuity of higher education, efficiency, regularity, consistency and structuring, innovation, integration with cloud-oriented resources, visibility, functionality, collectivity, providing project activities, scientific, reliability, komunikatsiynist, flexibility and adaptability, personalization, fullness, convenience, expedience.
