Specifics of musical and practical training of applicants forthe second (master's) level of higher education from the perspective of the theory of creativity

Abstract

The article examines the methodical principles and pedagogical conditions for the formation of creative qualities of applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education during industrial internships (specialty "Musical Art"). The authors analyze the categories of "practice", "practical activity" and "practical training". In them the teacher-musician is the main subject of interaction with objective reality in the field of artistic creativity. The authors substantiate strategic approaches to the musical and practical training of students, propose principles of practical training for work in the artistic and educational sphere. Future teacher-musicians in the process of production practices master the basics of artistic and pedagogical skill, improve scientific and research skills, form an individual artistic style, gain experience communication in artistic collective, develop skills interaction with a listening audience. Researchers identify creativity as an important personal quality of a teacher, his ability to creative actions in new conditions or in variable educational situations. The following creative qualities are analyzed: the ability to generate ideas; flexibility of thinking, originality of creative searches, non-standard form and content of the creative product; ability to quick thinking actions (analysis, synthesis. comparison). The article reveals the features of the formation of creative qualities of master's students as future teachers-musicians in production practices (research, performing, scientific and pedagogical). Based on the analysis of the goal, tasks and content of master's practices, the following signs of artistic and pedagogical creativity are recommended: transformative style of thinking; developed intellectual abilities; problematic understanding of the artistic or educational situation; creative fantasy, developed imagination and motivating motives; ability to self-management and communication with others; high level of general and performing culture
