Abstract

The article reveals the component-block structure of the future teachers of musical art motivation to the training-performance activity, which is defined as an open, flexible dynamic system of needs-boost, filter-meaning and activity-target blocks. According to the outlined structural blocks classified the functions of the phenomenon under study. It is appropriate to investigate the content of the motivation of students of musical and pedagogical institutions for educational and performing activities. This phenomenon based on the understanding of important within the target vector of personal motivational orientation. On the other hand, the understanding of the motivation of future music teachers for educational and performing work should be carried out from the standpoint of understanding the stage process. At the same time, cognitive and artistic-aesthetic needs are realized; at the same time, this process continues due to the transformation of the specified needs into the corresponding intention regarding the implementation of educational activities. The successful course of this contributes to the further formation of the appropriate attitude to the understanding of own activity, and all this proves the readiness of students for independent educational and performance work. It was found that the motive and directive and organizing functions correspond to the impulse block, the sense forming, stimulating and behavioral-controlling functions ensure functioning of the filter-meaning block, regulatory-directing and explanatory-structuring functions correspond to the activity-target block. Based on the study of interaction functions the criteria of formation of motivational, filtering and semantic, and activitatively-targeted blocks are specified, and the interaction and interrelation of these structural blocks are shown. The definitions of motivational units "level of ambition" and "personal orientation" of a future music art teacher have been formulated.
