Our journal adheres to the so-called “Diamond” Open Access model.
1. No fees for authors: The journal does not charge authors for submission fees, peer review, or manuscript editing.
2. Free access for readers: All scientific articles become available in full-text format immediately after publication. Users are free to read, download, copy, distribute, and print the texts of articles without prior permission from the publisher or author, provided that proper citation is provided.
3. Funding: All costs of publishing the journal, maintaining the website, and administering the review process are covered by the Mykhailo Dragomanov UDA.
4. Licensing: Articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
