Exemption from payment
The editorial board waives all fees (charges) for the processing, peer review and publication of articles submitted by third-cycle higher education students on state-funded places, provided that the articles have been written by them individually (without co-authors) and:
• The articles comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.
Along with the article, third-level higher education students on state-funded programmes must submit:
• a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their status as state-funded students. The certificate must be signed by the head of the postgraduate department and bear the institution’s official stamp.
• a file containing a scanned review of the article provided by a Doctor (Candidate) of Psychological Sciences who researches similar topics, bearing the reviewer’s certified signature and the seal of the institution where the reviewer is employed.
