Procedure for submitting and considering complaints
The editorial board adheres to the principles of academic integrity and the recommendations of international organizations, in particular the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All reports of violations of the ethics of the publication process are considered according to the following procedure:
1. Filing a complaint. The complaint is submitted in writing to the editorial office with a description of the essence of the violation and accompanying materials, if any.
2. Initial analysis The editorial board conducts a preliminary check of the reliability of the complaint, determines its significance and decides on further actions
3. Formation of an independent commission Experts who do not have a conflict of interest are involved in the consideration
4. Study of the circumstances of the violation The commission analyzes the submitted evidence, may seek clarification from the authors or reviewers.
5. Decision making Depending on the nature of the violation, sanctions are applied, in particular: corrections, publication of a notice, retraction of the article (retraction), suspension from publication activities
6. Formal notification of the parties The results of the review are communicated to all parties involved in the publication process
7. Logging and storage of information Review documentation is kept in the editorial archive to ensure transparency and re-review 8. If necessary, informing the institution If the violation is systemic or serious, the editors can notify the author's affiliated institution.
