The article examines the psychological mechanisms of political propaganda in the context of digital communication and analyzes the transformation of information and psychological influence under the impact of an algorithm-driven digital environment. It is substantiated that contemporary digital propaganda differs significantly from classical models of mass ideological influence, as it operates as a multilevel system of managing attention, emotions, trust, behavioral responses, and the interpretation of political reality. It is established that its effectiveness is ensured through the exploitation of cognitive biases, emotional mobilization, group identity, and algorithmic amplification of content. The article analyzes the role of social networks, recommendation algorithms, echo chambers, filter bubbles, memetic communication, microtargeting, personalized information flows, deepfake technologies, bot networks, and artificial intelligence-generated content in shaping political perception, public opinion, and electoral behavior. It is demonstrated that the algorithm-driven information environment intensifies affective polarization, the dehumanization of political opponents, and the crisis of epistemic trust. Special attention is paid to the information and psychological dimension of the Russian-Ukrainian war, within which propaganda technologies are employed as a component of hybrid conflict to demoralize the population, manipulate public consciousness, spread disinformation, destabilize the socio-political situation, and undermine social resilience. It is argued that under martial law, psychological, informational, cognitive, and media literacy resilience of society acquires strategic importance for ensuring national security, the democratic viability of the state, effective counteraction to information outflows, and strengthening of societal resilience.
