АФРИКАНСЬКА ГЕОПОЛІТИКА КРЕМЛЯ: ТАКТИКА ДЕЗІНФОРМАЦІЇ І “ЗЕРНОВИХ” МАНІПУЛЯЦІЙ У СТРАТЕГІЇ ВИЗИСКУ І КЕРОВАНОГО ХАОСУ

У статті розглянуто тактику і стратегію геополітичних заходів і дій Російської Федерації в Африці, зокрема на півночі, сході і заході континенту та у регіоні Сахель. Висвітлено приховані мотиви і специфіку дезінформаційної діяльності кремлівської пропаганди в Африці та т. зв. “зернової” дипломатії Москви. Виокремлено російське втручання у підтримку африканських диктатур в контексті діяльності ПВК «Вагнер», Африканського корпусу та Міністерства оборони РФ з огляду на отримання Росією в розпорядження корисних копалин і портів та поширення геополітичних впливів Москви на Африканському континенті. У статті підкреслено спрямованість торговельно-економічної та воєнно-політичної геостратегії Кремля в Африці на втілення гранд-стратегії В. Путіна з трансформації світової системи безпеки і поширення маніпулятивних наративів “неоколоніалізму”, “неоімперіалізму” “расизму” Заходу в рамках концепції керованого хаосу та глобальної ідеологеми “поліцентричності” тощо. Висвітлено спрямованість африканської геополітики Москви на підрив стабільності і безпеки на континенті, послаблення міжнародних позицій України, США і Франції в Африці як складової протистояння РФ із НАТО та ЄС в екзистенційній війні Росії та її сателітів із Заходом.
